do you rather go to franchise cafe or anther cafe that kuwaite group start it ?? and why
and what kind of cafe's do u like going to what style i mean do you have any favorites ? or do u have any idea for new style

my answer:
it doesn't matter, whether if its franchised or not.. the cafe` should be a place where i enjoy a good cup of coffee with the company of my book
the interior design and the lightings are the things i take in consideration when i choose a cafe` to go to :)
i once had a dream ... of owning my own cafe` :)
but ... the idea just poofed out of existance

well i like you said Franchised cafe has its advantage's and disadvantage's and the one's i just met the told me the same thing if we didnt like ur work we ganna end ur contract in the end of the 1st year
yaa i think new one not Franchised cafe will be better the 1st time i do somthing like that
so what about the atmosphere , service and style what do u think will be a hit ?
and what is the best location now in kwt ?

i think it depends specially when we're talkin about kuwait !
i mean for elder women and couples they'd rather go to lenotre , lorenzo , salomaio <-- wrong spelling ! ...etc
while young men and girls would prefer something more casual such as starbucks, costa , cafe bean ...etc
new ideas ? emmmm how about a cafe serving arabic coffee (8ahwa 3arabeyah)and turkish coffee with ber7ee, khalal and r6ab ? we dunn have this in kuwait ? its only in houses !
are u gonna gimme any commission for this stunning idea ? LOL

i have a great idea (i not saying it here) i think it will be a hit in kuwait.
We could always use more cafe..the only problem is that the moment I enjoy the place..I find out later that it's been closed down..so I'm not sure if I can be of any help!..I disagree that you should just stick to franchise...you have absolutely no control over anything and if you want to do this because your heart is in it...then you should have a place that you feel connected to...I remember visiting a popular cafe in Bahrain...it was actually an old house that they turned into a coffee house...it was very original and they even had a small library with books so people could grab a book and read...We have so many modern things but I think something authentic would be different and more interesting...

well i know location of the cafe is verey important bs if i wanna start somthing small i cant spend so much money on location what you think of sharg i mean in the downtown there is somany new building there

well yaa kuwaites 3'air walaa evry thing here 3'air not like any where in the world here if they liked the plase from the start then it will be big hit but if they dont then its over
so you think somthing like arabic coffe oo ber7ee will work here in kwt ?? im not sure most of the ppl here want american or classic style

well yaa like you said there is so many6 open and close in few months that just sad cos ppl here dont saport small bznz they like the franchise ones but inshalaa im ganna do somthing they will like
and about bhrain 1st of all i love bharain i was going to open my cafe there and maybe i'll ,they have great places there i went to most of them i love it there but i didnt find any thing like that here do u know any place like it ?for sale or rent ? that will be great
